You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age to register and use oxybet. One account per person is permitted. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.
All transactions must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via supported channels — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and time limits disclosed at the point of opt-in. oxybet reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity or multi-accounting.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. oxybet employs 256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication to protect your account at the platform level.
Collusion, arbitrage abuse, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and multi-accounting are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
These Terms are governed by internationally applicable gaming law as applied by oxybet's licensing jurisdiction. By using oxybet you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

2.2 oxybet operates a strict 21+ policy. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where a User is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where required by applicable law.
2.3 You must be the legal owner of any payment method used to deposit funds into your oxybet account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
2.4 Individuals who are employees, contractors, or agents of oxybet, or who are immediate family members of such individuals, are not permitted to hold or operate a member account.
2.5 oxybet does not accept registrations from users located in Restricted Territories. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on oxybet. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify oxybet Support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 oxybet will not be liable for any loss arising from the unauthorised use of your account credentials where such loss results from your failure to maintain appropriate security or to notify us in a timely manner.
3.5 Account details may only be changed by contacting oxybet Support and completing the applicable verification process. Name changes that do not reflect a legal name change supported by documentation will not be approved.
4.1 oxybet is committed to operating a safe and compliant platform. All users are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and at any subsequent time that oxybet deems verification necessary.

4.3 Documents must be submitted in a legible, unaltered format. oxybet reserves the right to request additional documentation where the submitted materials are insufficient to complete the verification.
4.4 Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending completion of KYC. oxybet will not be liable for any inconvenience or loss arising from a delay in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete KYC submission.
5.1 All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). oxybet does not accept foreign currency deposits. Deposit amounts will be credited to your Wallet Balance in IDR at the time of transaction confirmation.
5.2 Supported deposit channels include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount for bank transfers is Rp 25.000; for e-wallets, Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
5.3 oxybet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.
5.4 Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. oxybet will reverse and return any deposit made from a third-party account after deducting applicable transaction processing costs.
5.5 oxybet is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by technical issues at the bank or e-wallet provider's end. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact Support with your transaction reference.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment channels registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds into your oxybet account. oxybet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section and may be adjusted for VIP members.
6.3 Withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) support hours. Processing times may extend during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.
6.4 Where a User has received Bonus Credit, withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirement completion before the relevant portion of the Wallet Balance becomes withdrawable. The Cashier section will display the real-money withdrawable balance at all times.
6.5 oxybet reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requesting updated KYC documentation, source-of-funds declarations, or additional verification steps.
7.1 All promotional offers made available on the oxybet platform are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of opt-in, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bonus win caps.
7.2 General bonus terms that apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
7.3 oxybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such modification will apply only prospectively and will not affect bonuses already in the process of being wagered.
7.4 Bonuses obtained through fraudulent activity, multi-accounting, or abuse of promotional mechanics will be voided. Any resulting winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
8.1 Specific rules applicable to each betting and gaming category — including the sportsbook (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other markets), live casino, togel (Toto Gelap — Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, slot gacor (high-payout slots), and sabung ayam (online cockfighting) — are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
8.2 For sportsbook bets, all results are determined by the official result at the end of the relevant match or event, including any extra time or penalty shootouts where applicable and as specified in the event betting rules.
8.3 In the event of a technical error, system fault, or manifest pricing error, oxybet reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the stake to the User's Wallet Balance. This applies to all gaming categories.
8.4 All togel results are determined by the official published draw results from the relevant pool (SGP, HKG, SDY, Macau). oxybet is not responsible for discrepancies in results published by unofficial sources.
8.5 For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more selections in the accumulator are declared void, the bet will be settled as if those selections were not included, resulting in a reduced accumulator.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oxybet platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
9.2 Where prohibited conduct is identified, oxybet reserves the right to: void any affected bets or bonuses, reverse transactions, close the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities, in each case to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10.1 oxybet may suspend or close a User account at its sole discretion, including where there has been a breach of these Terms, where required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the Platform or other Users.
10.2 Where an account is closed for a non-fraudulent reason, oxybet will return any remaining Wallet Balance to the User via the registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification and within a reasonable processing period.
10.3 Where an account is closed for a fraudulent reason, a material breach of these Terms, or a violation of the Prohibited Conduct provisions in Clause 9, oxybet will forfeit all funds held in the account, including deposited funds, winnings, and Bonus Credit.
10.4 A User may request closure of their own account and permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting the Responsible Gaming team. The process is described in further detail on the Responsible Gaming page.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oxybet will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with:
11.2 Where oxybet is held liable for any loss arising from a verifiable error or omission on its part, such liability shall, to the maximum extent permitted by law, be limited to the value of the funds directly affected by the error or omission.
11.3 NOTHING IN THESE TERMS SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD OR FRAUDULENT MISREPRESENTATION.
12.1 The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the oxybet Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. You are encouraged to read it in full before registering an account.
12.2 oxybet processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles, including lawfulness, fairness, transparency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, and confidentiality.
12.3 Your personal data may be shared with trusted third-party processors — including payment providers and identity verification services — strictly for the purpose of operating the Platform and complying with legal obligations. oxybet does not sell personal data to third parties.

14.3 Where a material change is made to these Terms that adversely affects your rights or obligations, oxybet will take reasonable steps to notify you, which may include notification via your registered email address or an in-platform notice.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, including their subject matter or formation, are governed by the laws of oxybet's international licensing jurisdiction.
15.2 The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded from application to these Terms.
15.3 Any dispute relating to your use of the Platform shall first be referred to oxybet Support for good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process within a reasonable period, the matter may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licensing you are playing.
15.4 A User shall have the right to pursue any claim arising under these Terms in a court of competent jurisdiction in oxybet's licensing jurisdiction, notwithstanding any previous mediation or internal review.
